Training creates the signal for change; recovery is where your body adapts. If performance keeps dropping, adding more intensity is rarely the answer.
Start with sleep and food
Aim for a repeatable sleep schedule before worrying about perfect supplements. Most adults perform better with seven to nine hours.
Eat enough protein across the day, include carbohydrates around demanding sessions and replace the fluids you sweat out—especially in Vijayawada heat.
Use easy movement
A gentle walk, easy cycle or short mobility flow can reduce stiffness without adding meaningful fatigue. Recovery work should leave you feeling better, not become another workout to survive.
Know when to pull back
One flat session happens. Several in a row, poor sleep, irritability and persistent soreness are reasons to reduce volume for a few days.
Consistency includes easier days. A coach can adjust your session so you keep the habit without digging a deeper recovery hole.
